Buyer Agreement

  • You as the customer have the right to make an informed decision prior to purchase. Your purchase demonstrates your absolute assumption of liability.

  • Customer agrees to use our products for their intended purpose only.

  • Customer agrees to our shipping policy.

  • Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address at the time of placing an order.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Simone Davis responsible in the case of a lost or damaged parcel by USPS.

  • Simone Davis will not be held responsible if the the shipment was marked as “delivered” by USPS.

  • You as the customer are responsible for filing an insurance claim for a refund through USPS.

  • Customer agrees not to hold Simone Davis responsible for any fees that incur for Domestic or International shipments.

  • You as the customer holds responsibility over your own actions. Purchases from Simone Davis is an exercise in this responsibility.

  • Simone Davis assumes no responsibility for the improper use of these products. Your purchase from simonedavis.net waives, without exception, your right to hold Simone Davis liable in any way for the misuse of our products.

  • You are agreeing to indemnify and hold Simone Davis harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products.

  • The information on our website is intended to provide general information regarding our products and is not to be construed as medical advice or instruction.

  • All customers, Domestic and International, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State's/Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.

  • No discount code can be applied after purchase.

  • Discounts codes apply to subtotal and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • Orders cannot be changed after purchase.

  • Refunds can only be made before your purchase has been shipped. Please contact us to cancel your order.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made after an order has been shipped.

Shipping policy

Your purchase validates your agreement to Simone Davis’ terms of use.

Estimated Shipping times

  • We ship orders via USPS 1-2 times per week year-round from the state of New York.

  • Once shipped, U.S. orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days.

Seasonal Processing Times

  • Orders placed Jan. 8 through Dec. 22 are processed within 3-7 business days.

  • Orders placed Dec. 23 through Jan. 7 are processed within 14 business days.

International Shipping

  • Customers can currently ship internationally to Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy. Add a country by request.
